Returns, Exchanges or Cancelled orders:
We hope you fall in love with what you've ordered, but if you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to register your return and then a further 14 days from when you register your return to ship your items back.
*All returns, exchanges, cancelled or damaged orders must be approved previously by us*
Returns:
*Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags
*Shipping fees are non-refundable
*We are not liable for any returns that are lost, held, or stolen while in transit
*Any products marked as *SOLD AS IS*, *SALE*, *LAST IN STOCK* are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
*Footwear must be tried on indoors and should be free of dirt, scuffs and wear
*Customer will be responsible to cover any extra shipping costs for any reason that does not fall under our responsibility
*Body Piercing, Tattoo & Intimates items are not eligible for return or exchange
*Any items returned that are not eligible will be discarded for a refund*
Damaged Goods:
*Contact us for if any product got damaged during transit or you got a defective item
*Message must include, name, order number, reason of claim and evidence of damage, pictures or video
*Each case will be revised individually before authorizing a return or make a decision
In most cases we will provide a shipping label return to get back any defective item
Cancelled orders:
*We cannot stop, cancel or Refund any order that already leaved our facilities and, or is on transit
*If you change your mind while the order is on transit it will be count as a regular return
*Customer will be responsible to cover any extra shipping costs for returns
Preparing the package for return:
**Please include a copy of your invoice to the package
**Ensure to mark on the outside of the parcel "RETURNED GOODS"
**Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process and we will get back to you
** There is a 12% restock fee for ALL cancelled and returned orders that for any reason that does not fall under our responsibility
** Returned International orders marked as "not claimed" in the mail or customs will be charged with a 20% restock fee. No exceptions!
*Please note that in order for us to issue a refund, we need to have package returned to us and in store.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for packages still in transit, or hold in customs.

IMPORTANT: We are not and WILL not be held accountable for a third party's actions. We, Nuclear Waste Underground Store process and drop off your package at YOUR selected courier's facilities, whatever and however they work is completely independent from our company and have no say in their process.
* The customer is responsible to follow / track their package once we mark it as shipped. You can contact us if any problem gets in the way, but please be aware that you as a buyer is responsible also to collect any shipment held by the local postal office / customs by any means as well as understanding that we cannot control the shipping companies or their process.
* Customer is responsible to pay any import duties collection by their local customs authorities, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL INCUR IN EXTRA IMPORT + SHIPMENT RETURN FEES + SALES CANCELATION. So leaving an unpaid duties shipment is not an option. You as a buyer should be aware of your local import costs on the merchandise you are trying to buy.
