ATTENTION EUROPE AND UK BUYERS

2021 was a year of huge global changes, specially when talking about GLOBAL e-commerce that impacted UK and European nations especially.
Due recent changes effective from July 2021 all EU and UK nations will require VAT collection by non EU sellers or marketplaces our store is no exception of this rule, and we are getting ready to comply with this in order to keep selling to these nations. So be aware that VAT collection will be effective as soon a we get our paperwork ready, meanwhile some shipping options were disabled to these countries until further news. However be aware that the remain shipment options MAY REQUIRE duty collection (no matter the total of your purchase) by your local customs office in order to deliver your package. Please check your local regulations for more information.

United States Postal Service (USPS):
**We ship directly from California using a third party business who handles all the packages to USPS, this takes 1-4 business days from marked as shipped to be updated in the USPS system. We ship ONCE A WEEK through this service**

United States: 3-7 business days
Canada: 1-2 Weeks
Europe: 2-5 weeks
South America: 2-5 weeks
Asia: 2-6 weeks
Oceania: 2-6 weeks


Ground Economic Service (Correos de México)
*Our local postal provider, due the large demand and the shortage in the number of postal offices available, we only ship ONCE A WEEK through this service.

United States: 2-4 weeks
Canada: 2-8 weeks.
México: 10-15 business days
Europe: 4-6 weeks South America: 4-8 weeks
Asia: 4-8 weeks
Oceania: 4-8 weeks


MEXPOST (EMS)
*Our local postal provider, due the large demand and the shortage in the number of postal offices available, we only ship ONCE A WEEK through this service.

**All orders include a tracking number** All our shipping rates are based on the weight of the package, so make sure you stuff your package to the max and save some ca$$$h
**Important** Please take in mind that all the shipping services we offer are 3rd party service providers, and we cannot and WILL NOT take responsability for their actions or delays since those are beyond our control. The Customer is responsible for the payment of any import duties collected by their local customs authorities, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL INCUR IN EXTRA IMPORT + SHIPMENT RETURN FEES + SALES CANCELATION, so leaving an unpaid shpment duties is not an option. You as a buyer should be aware of your local import costs on the merchandise you are trying to buy.

Actual Shipping costs DO NOT INCLUDE ANY INSURANCE COST. We can gladly add insurance if requested to your package to cover any shipment damage or loss during transit wich can be 3-8% of goods total. We can't cancel or refund parcels already in transit or given to the requested courier. The customer is responsible to follow / track their package once we mark it as 'shipped'. You can contact us if you encounter any problems, but please be aware that you as a buyer are responsible to also collect any shipment held by the local postal office / customs by any means.


F.A.Q.
 
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Login in our website using the user and password used to create your account with us. Go to "Customer Service", log in to your Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click on the date of the order which status you wish to view.
 
Q: What does 'Awaiting shipment' means?
A: It means your order is being processed and hasn't shipped yet. Once the order has been filled and packed, a tracking number will be assigned to it and uploaded to your account, where you can see the information and track it on you chosen courier's website. Every order has a processing period, how long that period is, depends on order volume at the moment you placed your order and if your item needs to go on backorder. You can always contact us directly to give you a status of your order if I haven't contacted you first (check your spam folder).
 
Q: Where can I track my order?
A: That will depend on the carrier you chose at checkout. Once the package is shipped we provide the tracking number in each order so you can track your package.
 
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Shipping costs are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
 
Q: Do you ship to my Country?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q: I haven't received my package, what can I do?
A: Firstly, review the ETA for your chosen courier, to see if it's still within the timeframe and track your package. If you don't have your tracking number, log in to your account and check your order's status, find the assigned tracking number. If you checked out without subscribing to our website, please send us an e-mail providing your invoice or confirmation number in order for us to check the status of your purchase.

Q: What if my item is out of stock?
A: We will immediately place your item on backorder and notify you via our website's internal messaging system with the details. Once the item arrives in-store, we'll ship it ASAP. Please make sure to add us to your contacts so you don't miss our e-mail or check your spam/junk folder just in case. Most of our items may be backordered, if that's not the case, we will also inform you of the available options.

Q: Do you do wholesale?

Q: I have a band and need custom printed t-shirts or patches can you do it?
A: Yes, we have our own screen printing shop where we provide high quality prints at very affordable prices. We print with the latest silkscreen techniques. Contact amenucleardistri@hotmail.com for inquiries.

Q: What brand are the t-shirts?
A: Mostly Yazbek or Gildan medium weight and 100% cotton.
